How do I book a session?

Booking is simple and takes just a few minutes. Click any orange "Book Now" button anywhere on our website, and you'll be redirected to our secure online booking system.

From there, simply select your property size, choose the package that best fits your needs, add any optional services, pick your preferred date and time, and complete your booking. You'll receive an instant confirmation once your appointment is scheduled.

How quickly will I receive my photos?

Most photo galleries are delivered within 24 hours. Videos, drone media, and premium editing may require additional time depending on the project, but fast turnaround is always a priority.

How do I receive my photos, and when do I pay?

After your photo session is completed, we professionally edit all of your media. Once everything is ready, you'll receive an email from Magic Lens Photo Media with a secure link to your gallery.

At that point, you'll simply complete your payment online. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your photos, videos, 3D tour, and any other ordered media become available for immediate download.

You'll never be asked to pay before the photo session takes place. You only pay after your media has been professionally edited and is ready for delivery, giving you confidence that your project has been completed before payment is due.

What is included in a real estate photography session?

Every session includes professionally edited HDR images and a Zillow 3D Tour, optimized for MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, social media, brochures, and print marketing. Depending on your selected package, you can also add FAA-certified aerial drone photography, cinematic drone video, and engaging vertical Reels designed to help your listing attract more attention online.

Do you offer drone photography and video?

Yes. We provide FAA Part 107 licensed drone photography and cinematic aerial video whenever weather and local airspace regulations allow.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Orlando and surrounding communities including Winter Garden, Windermere, Clermont, Kissimmee, Davenport, Lake Nona, Celebration, Dr. Phillips and nearby Central Florida cities.

How do I prepare a property before the appointment?

The home should be clean, decluttered, all lights turned on, blinds adjusted, vehicles removed from the driveway whenever possible, and personal items minimized. A preparation checklist is provided after booking.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Light clouds are usually not a problem. If heavy rain, strong wind, or unsafe flying conditions affect the shoot, we'll gladly reschedule the appointment or return later for the drone portion.

Can you photograph occupied homes?

Absolutely. We regularly photograph occupied properties and work carefully around homeowners while maintaining a professional and efficient workflow.

 Do you provide virtual staging or virtual twilight?

Yes. We offer Virtual Staging, Virtual Twilight, object removal, sky replacement, TV screen replacement, and other advanced editing services.

Can I book photography, video, drone and floor plans together?

Yes. Most agents choose a complete media package that combines photography, video, aerial drone media, 3D tours, and floor plans for maximum marketing impact.
